october 28, 2011, yehui senior managers in a total of 40 people gathered in the grand meeting room of the headquarters for a brainstorming on two major topics as of business and management innovation and for discussion on the future development strategy.
with good preparation by the general manager's office, the tea reception provided good tea and fruits. in such a relaxed environment, the participants felt free to air their ideas and passionate for interaction and suggestion for yehui future development. everyone gave their viewpoint on topics such as how to achieve business transformation and upgrading, how to make risks controllable during business process, how to streamline operation process with applying software and hardware; how to consist in cost cutting and efficiency, how to create an elite team of excellent performance. general manager mr. liao fully affirmed and praised the proposal of setting up an independent unit for the contracted processing business, this proposal coincided with the direction of yehui key business transformation; promptly corrected the wrong doing that trained freshmen simply by allowances, emphasizing that managers should be capable and responsible in tutoring and training freshmen. from a managerial sense, managers are the backbone of building a good team. during the process to instruct, help and lead each team member, managers should bear irresistible responsibilities.
on the tea reception, liao gave a comprehensive analysis of the effects posed on steel markets by current international and domestic environment, clearly positioning the future development of steel industry, highlighting the transposition between trading and processing business. he pointed out that yehui shall focus on increasing contracted processing, transportation and storage services while maintaining normal trading business. recalling the 15th anniversary, liao said that was a boiling point. the activities pushed yehui brand and its corporate culture to a new level, but still a lot to do to turn the culture into productivity, to make it well grounded, and to bring cultural force into strong vitality. he stressed that a manager must have a strong sense of responsibility and a sense of crisis. whether in good or bad times, we must keep mindful for possible danger, guiding the staff in-depth insight of the corporate vision and turning the good corporate culture into a powerful productivity.
we should put reform and innovation as the driving force, industrial upgrading as the path and transformation as the core, bringing all people and all energy into work with effective coordination to complete various tasks of the company as the ultimate goal.
